I am specifically looking for Carolina Herrera's 212 Women's perfume.

Try YesStyle.com they have a perfume section. They just had a site-wide fragrance sale last month, I think. Not sure if the prices are back up to normal now. All perfume has expiration dates on them, and after they expire they lose their proper smell. I would suggest buying perfume at a department store, perfume counter in the mall, and maybe finding one that is on sale. I’d never purchase perfume from a discounted store. You will be getting perfume that is expired or is about to be expired.
