Do you feel down for not feeling sexy or fiends/family telling
you, "You look disgusting, lose weight!"? Cheer up! First, do
not let others affect your self-esteem because you are special.
Hey, life is too short, forget about negative friends who put
you down. Start spending more time with supportive friends who
can give you moral support while losing weight. The good point
is that you can make the commitment to lose weight for
yourself, not to please others, but you! Now, you and I can
agree to "keep our commitment to lose weight and be overweight
no more!" Hence, let's take action and follow these simple 5
steps to feel sexy even if being overweight:
1. Certainly, you too can start feeling sexy while you lose
those unwanted pounds of fat! Is this not a good news, yes
or yes? Absolutely, because you are sexy! Ok, Anna, I hear you
sister, tell me more. Great, now we are cooking, listen
carefully and most of all with a positive attitude.
2. The best way to feel more sexy is adopting a "sexy attitude,
enjoying how your body is transforming, start pampering your
bodies. Ok, Anna continue, I am listening. Great! So we are
talking the same language, let's go on.
3. Start rewarding yourself with a sexy shower, transforming
your regular take it for granted regular shower. We can prepare
a nice shower by lighting a candle (preferably aromatic), use
body oil, and why not keeping a half glass of wine with our
favorite music as background? Or how about your favorite juice?
Awesome.. just awesome.
4. Let's get rid of our OVERWEIGHT extra big shirts and start
buying sexier clothes that make us look good (a word of
caution, don't buy too small a size where you will have the
opposite effect). Now, it is your attitude, feel sexy,
comfortable, with a high self-esteem.
5. Get a new perfume, some new jewelry, new shoes. Hey, take
advantage today and get the things you thought were sexy for
others but not for you. Now, you are in control!
Remember, you are cooking all the way to unleash your ideal
weight, so this is practice time. Boy, how I love this practice
time! Start walking sexy, keep your environment clean, add some
flowers, etc. Use your creativity. "Anna, you are right, I am
sexy!" Say it louder, I can't hear you. (say it louder now)
Ok, ok, ok, don't yell, I HEAR YOU! Now, practice these few tips
and let me know how you did.

bones, too sexy for my bones" Come on, let's sing together
because "You are also too sexy for your bones!" Wowww you are
certainly looking sexy already!!!

I am an alcoholic. I am addicted to online gambling. I am overweight. How to change?
I have just spent all my rent on gambling. I drink three bottles of wine a day because I’m unemployed and depressed. As a result of this I am also overweight and feel about as sexy as an abortion.
How can I change my life?
How can I give up the three things (drinking, eating, gambling) that make me happy even though in the long term they are killing me?
Please don’t insult me by saying: "ooh get a hobby, little baby steps, set small goals…. blah blah" I need some real INSIGHT here people.

I’d say you consult a psychologist mate. You can really achieve great things out of it. Hope you manage to get get rid of your habits

Ask yourself why are you doing this?
gambling-stay about from anything that will tempt you into wasting all your money awayy. Even if it’s tempting, resist it!
drinking-stay away from alcohol!! Stay away from anything that will tempt you.

As long as you view these three things (alcohol, overeating, gambling) as short term sources of happiness, it’s likely you will not give them up. Short term happiness is real; the long term consequences (that you will die an early death, that you will be forever alone, that you may end up penniless and homeless) are too abstract. Everyone knows alcohol can harm you, but that’s down the road, when your liver begins to fail. Having a drink now just feels right and good this minute. Dealing with an addiction involves seeing how the thing you are addicted to is 100% bad for you all the time, every time, and understanding there is no positive side to it. I’d suggest getting into addiction counseling to address these three addictions.

There’s a website called I Am Second. I’d suggest you look it up. You CAN change. Don’t give up. It will be hard, but it’ll be worth it.
It may sound crazy, but join a church. God can seriously change a life. I’ve seen it done, and I’ve heard countless stories. And I know first-hand that God can really help. I know people will try and convince you otherwise, and it may sound insulting, but He really DOES care. I know it. There are people there who won’t judge you and are willing to listen. You can get phycological help, if you must.
First, know you aren’t alone. There are people everyhwere struggling with the same problems. I’m glad you notice you have a problem and want to change.
And it will sound insulting, and I’m sorry for that, but goals and baby steps really are a way to start getting your life back on track. It’s easier said than done.

Whoa dude you ar deep in the sh**. O.k. the gambling- ix nay. You are losing your rent money, you know there are some rules, i.e. keep your place to live. And you know what can I say about eating, except this is what I do I comfort eat. You know feel bad, well hell get something really ooey gooey with cheese(YES CHEESE!) to eat and you feel better momentarily. But Of course there are the consequences. Maybe if you are young and in o.k. shape get out and walk a bit. Hell get a buzz on and walk, it counts too. Now about the drinking. I am in no position to lecture about drinking. Just don’t let it escalate. Dude, three bottles is probably too much. Can you try two? Start slow. Too much regime and you will get discouraged and quit. Good Luck!

Well, take whatever you think is causing you the most trouble and work on that first. Eating i’m guessing will be the easiest to control. You might like to work out which would help you with your weight and it could possibly help you along with not drinking and gambling. Try some AA meetings, and go to a place that can help you overcome your addiction to gambling. Good luck.
