Assuming that you have capital to purchase the inventory, find phone numbers, any phone number, of perfume companies either online or on perfume packaging. Go to a store and look on the packaging itself if you can't find anything online. Just call the number and ask. They want to sell their product, so it shouldn't be any harder than asking.
